Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. Through personalized support, community involvement, and skill-building opportunities, we help each individual work toward goals that reflect their strengths, preferences, and vision for the future.

Community Engagement
Our community engagement services help individuals become active and valued members of their communities. Each experience is based on the individual’s interests, goals, abilities, and preferences. Activities may include: • Visiting libraries, museums, parks, and community centers • Participating in recreational and cultural activities • Practicing communication and social skills • Learning to safely navigate community settings • Building natural relationships and community connections • Developing confidence in new environments • Volunteering and exploring meaningful community roles
Day Support Services
Our day support services provide a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where individuals can develop skills, participate in meaningful activities, and work toward greater independence. Support may focus on: • Daily living and self-care skills • Communication and social interaction • Personal choice and decision-making • Health and safety awareness • Following routines and completing tasks • Emotional regulation and coping skills • Recreation, creativity, and personal interests • Building confidence and independence Services are individualized according to each person’s authorized plan and identified goals.
Life Skills Development
Life skills are incorporated throughout our day support and community engagement services. We help individuals practice practical skills that can increase independence at home and in the community. Skill-building may include: • Preparing simple meals • Grocery shopping • Managing personal belongings • Understanding money and making purchases • Personal hygiene and self-care • Time management • Communication and problem-solving • Making informed choices • Community and pedestrian safety • Developing healthy routines
